Megan & Roland Gonzalez — Border Missions

In 1956, Harold and Katherine Morgan answered a calling that would change countless lives. Their mission was simple yet profound: to bring the gospel to the Texas-Mexico border while meeting the physical needs of its people. Today, their great-granddaughter Megan Gonzalez and her husband, Roland, continue this remarkable work as directors of Border Missions.

On our latest episode of Peacemakers, Megan and Roland share how the Morgans’ vision shaped their own lives and continues to impact the Rio Grande Valley. From distributing food and clothing to hosting outreach programs, Border Missions remains a testament to faith in action.

Collaboration plays a crucial role in sustaining this mission. Megan and Roland discuss how volunteers, donors, and partner organizations enable them to provide for thousands of families in need. They also reflect on the challenges faced and the milestones achieved along the way.

Whether it’s through prayer, volunteering, or giving, there are countless ways to support Border Missions. Together, we can ensure this legacy of hope and service continues for generations to come.
